Our sourcing program in Peru creates incentives for identifying and separating small lots of exceptional quality from the massive volumes of merely good coffee that are combined in the name of efficiency. It's how we found this lot from three smallholder growers in San Ignacio: Aurelio Marín, Itila Sánchez, and Israel Vásquez.
