
Njeri Kagio has been growing coffee for a half-century at Wangera Farm, where she and her husband raised 10 children. Most of them have pursued opportunities outside agriculture, but her son Stephen returned a few years ago to join her on the farm. Today, the duo is balancing Njeri's traditional know-how with Stephen's focus on technological innovation to improve the quality of their coffee.
